Dan Conley
I am a civil litigator representing clients in a wide range of complex legal issues. I have achieved numerous successful resolutions for individuals, consumers, entities, and businesses in legal issues whether by agreement, arbitration, or litigation.
I graduated as a Dean’s List graduate from Salve Regina University in 2006 with a Bachelor’s degree in Administration of Justice. I was a four-year member, two-year captain, of Salve Regina University’s NCAA men’s ice hockey team, earning ECAC (Eastern College Athletic Conference) All-Academic honors and received an NCAA Leadership Award. In 2015, I graduated in the top 25% of my class from the Massachusetts School of Law, while earning three CALI Excellence Awards in Uniform Commercial Code, Evidence, and Case Preparation. I was also awarded the Massachusetts School of Law Excellence Award for Legal Writing and Advocacy.
I am a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar. I am also a current member, and former Executive Council member, of the Nashua Bar Association. I am a member of the New Hampshire Association for Justice and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.
